Tajfun LIV SMART PAD is an intelligent control console with a touchscreen and integration with Android software. Due to the differences in operational complexity, we have separated the control system into two: the control system for recycling cranes and the control system for forestry cranes. Both systems are equivalent, as operating recycling cranes requires additional monitoring for crane overload.
The entire graphical interface consists of three displays:
- Main screen display: Shows the system operation status.
- ALL KEY INFORMATION for the crane operator (system pressure, operating hours, oil temperature, system voltage, boom position, bridge position, outrigger extension…
- LOADS BY ZONES (current, maximum loads…)
- ORIENTATION DISPLAY OF ZONES
- System screen display: Shows more detailed system operation information intended for experts (e.g., service technicians), not so much for the crane operator.
